This purified water dispensing unit, being located on the outside of buildings, is serviced and cleaned from the interior of buildings where they're located.

In order to maintain safe maintenance it was important to devise a system to keep customers from using the unit while preventative maintenance was being performed inside the building.

Several approaches were tried and failed to deter customers so that a simple locking hasp device was designed, fabricated and installed on every unit.
