 Another food industry client needed a conveyor system to move fragile materials from the baking oven to the packaging area. Prior industry standard equipment used shakers to move materials, but proved to damage too much product. Our design team, working with our client company personnel, evaluated the situation and designed a compact conveyor system with internal motors housed in the roller section to eliminate clutter. After the design was approved, Quality Metal Works fabricated the entire assembly, housing and conveyor in our shop and installed on site. This smooth operation system proved effective and has increased productivity while reducing waste and breakage. |
