 Working with another engineering firm, our design team helped design this complex saw cut machine and tweak the configuration for fabrication to develop the most productive and time saving combination of important features possible. This unit automated a previously labor intensive and injury prone hand-loading of wooden handles into a jig to make a precise vertical saw cut. This machine, entirely machined and fabricated at Quality Metal Works, automated the entire process, reduced labor, improved safety and reduced waste.
