Quality Metal Works provides structural steel and miscellaneous metal product service to local, regional and an out-of-state general contractors doing work within a 100+ mile radius of our home site.  We bid and provide service on public and private projects.

• Structural Steel Fabrication & Installation

Our structural work focuses on smaller jobs. We do fabricate and install small beams and up to W8, W10 and larger beams and bar joists, but on smaller size jobs. Our forte' is small steel erection jobs. We are successful where the "big boys" are not interested in addressing smaller projects.

• Miscellaneous Metal Fabrication & Installation

Our miscellaneous metal work is our strength. We have extensive experience in all facets of design, fabrication and installation of a wide variety of miscellaneous metal products in diverse environments from manufacturing to commercial properties to high-end residential homes.

Structural Steel Fabrication

Our structural steel/miscellaneous fabrication experience includes projects in excess of $150,000.00 fabricating and installing  I-beams, bar joists, columns, roof penetrations, lentils, etc.

Some of our more current/recent projects include:

• Elizabethtown College renovation

  • Mezzanine fabrication of W8 beams & columns for a large overhead storage facility.

• Lancaster General Hospital

  • Reinforced floors, installed decking and reinforced beams to increase load bearing

• K-mart Drive Through Pharmacy, Elizabethtown, PA

  • Provided custom built beams, plates, bollards, etc.

• Water Street Rescue Mission

  • Reinforce wood columns with wooden columns, steel beams, plates, and bar joists
